We have seen the office report dated September 26, 2019. Office is directed to make following corrections in the order dated September 13, 2019.
i) Office is directed to incorporate in the OFFICE record of appearance of the order dated September 13, 2019 the name of Mr. Anil Kr. Gupta as the learned advocate representing the respondent no. 4.
ii) Further, correction shall be made in the said order by the office indicating that Mr. Narayan Chandra Bhattacharya and Mr. Amitava Roy, learned advocates appeared for the respondents 1, 2, 3 and 5.
iii) Also, the year '2109' appearing in the first paragraph of the said order shall be corrected to read '2019'.
iv) The digit '141' appearing in the first paragraph of the said order shall be corrected to read '247'.
