Section 19(8) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(8)The Officer Incharge shall immediately order the discharge of any juvenile, the period of whose institutionalisation has expired, and give intimation thereof to the competent authority within seven days of such order.
