Section 9(2) in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Forum for Redressal of Grievances of the Consumers and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2018
(2)The salary, allowances and other terms and conditions of service of the Chairperson and Members of the Forum shall be such as may be laid down by the Commission from time to time:Provided that the salary, allowances and other terms and conditions of the Chairperson and Members of the Forum shall not be varied to their disadvantage after appointment or reappointment.
