Section 39(1) in Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board Act, 1966
(1)If any difficulty arises in the giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, as occasion requires, by order published in the official Gazette, do anything which appears to it to be necessary for the purpose of removing any difficulty, and any such order shall have effect as if enacted in this Act.
