Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to stay the filing of final report in as
C.C.No.1269/2015 on the files of the Judicial Magistrate of First
Class, Kolenchery, pending final disposal of the Criminal
Miscellaneous Case.
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the
petition and this Court's order dated 07/04/2021 in
Crl.M.A.No.6725/2017 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. C.P.
Udayabhanu, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.B.RAMAN PILLAI
(Senior) along with M/s.R.ANIL, M.SUNILKUMAR, SUJESH MENON V.B.,
THOMAS ABRAHAM, T.ANIL KUMAR and A.RAJESH, Advocates for the 1st
Respondent and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the 2nd Respondent, the
court passed the following :
ORDER
Interim order is extended by four months.
