FACTS
Vide RTI dt 18.6.12, appellant had sought information on 4 points relating to a student in the Shri Ram Krishan Sharda Ashram, Vivekananda Central School in the year 2004-05 from the school authorities.
2. As no response was provided by the school, an appeal was filed on 23.7.12 with CBSE.
3. PIO vide order dt 16.8.12, informed the appellant that the information sought is not available with CBSE and the appellant was advised to seek information from PIO of the school. A copy of the letter was also marked to the school.
5. Written submissions made by the PIO CBSE is submitted to the Commission and taken on record. In the absence of the appellant, his views could not be ascertained.
DECISION
6. The Commission sees no reason to interfere with the orders of the PIO CBSE.
