Section 363(c) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Land Records) Rules, 1957
(c)As soon as the Tehsildar or the Naib-Tehsildar finishes his inspection, he should record in the inspection book a note stating briefly the test applied thereof. The notes recorded by the Naib-Tehsildar should be submitted to the Tehsildar who should pass such orders as he thinks necessary.
