Section 15(3) in The Orissa Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1958
(3)Subject to the provisions of this Act the Additional Controller the Joint Controller and all Deputy Controllers, Assistant Controllers and Inspectors shall be subject to the general superintendence and control of the Controller.
