Section 71(2) in The Maharashtra Specified Co-operative Societies Elections to Committees Rules, 1971
(2)All other papers relating to the election shall be retained until the termination of the next election for the constituency to which they relate and shall thereafter be destroyed subject to any direction to the contrary given by the Commissioner or a Court or other competent authority.
