Section 10(1) in The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Technical Standards and Specifications including Safety Standards for Natural Gas Pipelines) Regulations, 2009
(1)If any dispute arises with regards to the interpretation of any of the provisions of these regulations, the decision of the Board shall be final.
