Heard on I.A.No.1072/2021, an application for releasing the deposited amount before the learned Claims Tribunal.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 to 5/claimants submits that appellant has deposited 50% of the claim amount in compliance of order dated 21.1.2020. Therefore, respondent No.1 to 5/claimants prays for releasing of the amount deposited by the appellant before the Claims Tribunal.

I n view of the aforesaid, learned Claims Tribunal is permitted to disburse the amount to the respondent No.1 to 5/claimants, so deposited by the appellant, subject to depositing surety of the same amount before the Claims Tribunal, in accordance with law.

List this matter in the week commencing 23.8.2021 along with M.A.No.5673/2019.
