Section 113(2)(a) in Delhi Police Act, 1978

(a)if the said notification or order was made under sub-section (1) of Section 30 or under Section 33 or Section 34, with imprisonment for a term which shal1 not be less than four months but which may extend to one year, and shall also be liable to fine:
