Section 38(1) in Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2019
(1)The Ombudsman shall, within 7 days of the close of the period to which it relates, submit to the Commission a quarterly report on all the representations filed before it.
