Section 41(1)(a) in The Indira Gandhi Agriculture University, Raipur Statutes, 1987

(a)Every employee of Vishwavidyalaya shall be entitled and required to become a subscriber to the Fund from the beginning of the month following that in which he had completed one year s continuous service except those absorbed in Vishwavidyalaya service under Section 57 of the Act and have opted for Pension and General Provident Fund Scheme of retirement benefit :
