Section 20A(7) in The Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya Act, 2001
(7)The [President] [Word substituted for the word 'Chairman' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] shall preside over the meetings of each such Board of Studies and in his absence, the members present shall elect one from amongst themselves to preside.
