Section 12(1) in The Rajasthan Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Rules, 1959
(1)An Inspector shall visit every factory and other place in the area under his charge where weights, measures and weighing and measuring instruments are used, or kept for use, in transactions for trade or commerce, for verifying the same at least once during the period specified in Rule 11, and may also from time to time, make such surprise visits as he may deem necessary.
