Section 16(1)(e) in Bihar State Disaster Management Authority (Functions and Management) Rules, 2012

(e)Those on deputation shall remain under the administrative control of the Authority during their posting in the Authority. However, their general conditions and services shall be guided by the Bihar Service Code and the Rules of deputation as followed by the Government of Bihar.
