Section 21(1) in Himachal Pradesh City Transport and Bus Stands Management and Development Authority Act, 1999
(1)The Authority shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare an annual statement of accounts including the profits and loss account and the balance-sheet in such form as may be prescribed by the Government in consultation with the Accountant General of Himachal Pradesh.
