Section 4(c) in The Kota Municipal Limits (Continued Existence) Validating Act, 1975
(c)all suits, appeals and other proceedings pending on the date of the commencement of this Act. in any court for any relief on the ground that the village of the Raipura and Ummedganj did not exist within the limits of the Municipality at Kota shall, upon the commencement of this Act, be dismissed.
