(2)When the sale of the mortgaged property has been effected by the [State Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Multipurpose Development Bank] [Substituted 'State Land Development Bank' by Notification No. CSL-2014/697/C.R.04/13C, dated 30.8.2014 (w.e.f. 23.12.1961).] or the Trustee under Section 133 and the purchase amount has been received from the purchaser, the [State Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Multipurpose Development Bank] [Substituted 'State Land Development Bank' by Notification No. CSL-2014/697/C.R.04/13C, dated 30.8.2014 (w.e.f. 23.12.1961).] or the Trustee, as the case may be, shall submit a report of sale immediately to the Registrar as required under subsection (2) of Section 134.
