Section 16(3) in Shri Guru Ram Rai University Act, 2016
(3)The Registrar shall be responsible for due custody of records and common seal of the University and shall be bound to place before the Chancellor, the Vice Chancellor or any other authority, all such information and documents as may be necessary for transaction of their business.
