(3)Where articles have not been registered, a printed copy of every [resolution or agreement referred to in sub-section (1)] [ Substituted by Act 65 of 1960, Section 51, for " such resolution or agreement" (w.e.f. 28.12.1960).] shall be forwarded to any member at his request, on payment of one rupee.
