Section 23 in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
23. Power of Council to call for information and attend examination.
- The Council shall have power to call on the authorities of any veterinary college, school or institution or any other authority forwarding degrees, diplomas or certificates in veterinary science, whether such qualifications are recognised or not-(a)to furnish such particulars, as the Council may require, of any course of study prescribed or any examination held for the grant of any such degree, diploma or certificate; and;(b)to permit a member of the Council deputed by it to attend and watch any such examination.
