Section 29(5) in The Orissa Self-Help Co-operatives Act, 2001
(5)The quorum for a general body meeting shall be as specified in the articles of association, but shall not be less than fifty percent of the members eligible to vote at the meeting ;Provided that quorum for a representative general body meeting shall not be less than fifty percent of the representatives eligible to vote at the representative general body meeting.
