(b)to provide or cause to be provided amenities and common facilities in Integrated IT Township/IT Parks [and for Information Technology (IT) Companies, Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES), Startup, Electronic Manufacturing Cluster (EMC), Industry 4.0] [Inserted by Act No. 21 of 2017, dated 16.9.2017] and construct and maintain or cause to be constructed and maintained works and buildings therefor;
