Section 9 in The Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya Act, 2001
9. Casual Vacancies.
- If the [President] [Word substituted for the word 'Chairman' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] or any other member, other than an ex officio member, dies or resigns his office or otherwise ceases to be the [President] [Word substituted for the word 'Chairman' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] or other member, the vacancy shall be filed up be a fresh appointment or nomination, as the case may be.
