Section 20(1) in Coking Coal Mines (Nationalisation) Act, 1972
(1)For the purpose of disbursing the amounts payable to the owner of each coking coal mine or coke oven plant, the Central Government shall appoint such person as it may think fit to be the Commissioner of Payments.
