Section 147(xxii) in The Railway Protection Force Rules, 1987
(xxii)Aiding or abetting or attempting to commit any of the offencesunder this Act or these rules or doing act towards the commission ofsuch offence;Shall render him liable for punishment under section 9 or section 17 or both.
