Section 264(1) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(1)The Board shall meet at least once in three months at such places and at such times as may be decided by the Chairperson or as and when any matter is referred to it by the State Government for advice.
