Section 20 in The West Bengal Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1974
20. Mode of recovery of sums payable to the Board, etc.
- Any sum payable to the Board or into the fund under this Act shall, without prejudice to any other mode of recovery, be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue.
