(iv)A person desiring to conduct the business of a Warehouseman in more than one village or town shall submit separate applications for licence in respect of his business in each such village or town. In the case of his having more than one place of business in the same village or town, he may apply for only one licence in respect of such places of business, provided he specifies which of them shall be his principal place of business.
