Section 1 in The Punjab Apartment Ownership Act, 1995
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Punjab Apartment Ownership Act, 1995.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Punjab.(3)This Act shall come into force in such areas and on such dates, as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different areas.
