Section 362(1) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(1)The Corporation may, by notice in the manner prescribed by bye-laws prohibit in any specified part of the city-(a)the keeping of a brothel;(b)the residence of any person who practices prostitution.
