9. Officers of the Institute.
- The following shall be the officers of the Institute, namely:-(a)the president:(b)the Director:(c)the Principals of the colleges;(d)the Dean;(e)the Finance Controller;(f)the Executive Registrar;(g)such other persons as may be declared in the rules to be officers of the Institute.
