2. Appellant sought for the following information:
a. Whether appointment has been made for all the post. b. Proceeding of management Committee for such appointment, and copy of appointment verification of selected candidates.
c. Designation and experience of the selected candidate before they are being appointed here.
PIO response:
3. CPIO gave information on point no 1 & 3 and for point no 2 stated that management committee proceeding cannot be provided and appointment verification is conducted by SSC.

6. There are irregularities in the appointment and to bring that out he sought the above mention information, which has not been correctly provided by the respondent authority.
Proceedings Before the Commission:

Respondent officer submitted before the Commission that they are trying to provide information on point no 3 and the information regarding previous service records of other teachers also to the appellant. The Commission therefore directs the PIO to provide the same to the appellant within 15 days from date of receipt of this order. Hence, the appeal is closed.
