Section 2 in The Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1986
2. Repeal and Savings.
- The Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1977 are hereby repealed.Provided that any thing done or any action taken under the provisions of the rules so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the provisions of these rules.
