1.Since all these matters are similar in facts and issue, all of them are taken up together through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties in all the cases.
3. The petitioners have filed the petitions who are in post P.G. Bond Service period working in Government Page 1 of 3 // 2 // Medical Institutions in the State of Odisha, have got through Post Graduation in their respective disciplines in the month of June 2022, seek direction to the Controller of Examinations, Berhampur University to hand over the PG pass certificates and Mark sheets of Post-Graduation Courses in order to enable them to get themselves registered as Specialists which is mandatory for working in the posts of specialists as well as Senior Residents.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the Universities submits that they have already dispatched all the certificates and mark sheets of the petitioners to the Principals of all concerned the medical colleges.
5. In view of the above facts and submissions, Mr. Saswat Das, learned Additional Government Advocate and Mr.R.C. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the D.M.E.T., Odisha, Bhubaneswar are directed to take instructions/file affidavit in the matter by the next date.
6. List these matters on 6th of December, 2022.
