Section 18 in THE ANDHRA PRADESH STATE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT, 2020
18. State Government as guarantor -
The Corporation may seek State Government guarantee for the debt servicing whenever necessaryand the Government shall guarantee the payment of the amounts due subject to agreed conditions of such guarantee provided.
