Section 5(ii) in Rules for Rate Contract with Small Scale Industries of Orissa registered with the Directorate of EP&M, Orissa
(ii)If the annual requirement of any store is not of substantial quantity and value, such store may not be selected for rate contract. The minimum requirement of store shall not be less than Rs.1,00,000 per annum in the Government sector.
