1159. Power to issue recurring contingent charges.
- All officers entitled to draw contingent bills are authorised to incur recurring contingent charges up to Rs. 10 a month and to six months' duration, subject only to the existence of the necessary budget provision.(See rule 8G of the Bengal Financial Rules.)
