35. Pension, provident fund, etc.
- The pension, provident fund and any other terminal benefit to the officers, Teachers and other employees of the University shall be such as may be decided by the University with the prior approval of the State Government:Provided that any provident fund instituted by the University for the benefit of its officers. Teachers and other employees shall be governed by the provisions of the Provident Funds Act, 1925, as if such fund were a Government Provident Fund, and the Executive Council shall have the power to make Statutes, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, for the administration of the fund.
