Section 3(1) in The Delhi Metro Railway (Procedure to be followed by the Claims Commissioner and amount of compensation payable in case of death and injuries due to accidents) Rules, 2007
(1)The application for payment of compensation in respect of accidents involving death of, or bodily injury to person or damage to any property arising out of the working of the Metro Railway to the Claims Commissioner shall be presented in the form given in the Annexure either by the applicant in person or by hiduly authorized person.
