(1)The State Government shall create and maintain such ancillary technical agencies and services, under the overall control of the Director General of Police, as considered necessary or expedient for promoting efficiency of the Police Service.(2)The State Government shall take measures to encourage and promote the use of science and technology in all aspects of policing.
