Section 19 in Madhya Pradesh Bhumigat Pipe Line, Cable Evam Duct (Bhumi Ki Upyokta Ke Adhikaron Ka Arjan) Adhiniyam, 2012
19. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Madhya Pradesh Bhumigat Pipeline, Cable Evam Duct (Bhumi ki Upyokta ke Adhikaron ka Arjan ) Adhyadesh, 2012 (No.7 of 2012) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding the repeal of the said Ordinance, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provision of this Act.
