(3)The Pro-Vice-Chancellor shall be a whole time salaried officer and his emoluments and conditions of service shall be such as may be determined by the State Government.Provided that the emoluments and conditions of service of the holder of such office shall not during the currency of the term of the holder of that office, be varied to his disadvantage without his consent.
