Section 23(1) in The Karnataka Professional Education Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Determination of Fee) Act, 2006
(1)The Government may, after previous publication, by notification, in the official Gazette make rules prospectively or retrospectively for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
