Section 37 in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012
37. Delegation of powers.
- The powers exercisable by the Board under these regulations shall also be exercisable by any officer of the Board to whom such powers are delegated by the Board by means of an order made under section 19 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992.
