Section 14(1) in The Punjab State Council for Agricultural Education Act, 2017
(1)The Government shall have the power to make a reference to the Council with regard to any matter of policy or in respect of any act done by the Council in contravention of the provisions of this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder.
