Section 13(10) in The Haryana and Punjab Agricultural Universities Act, 1970
(10)Four members of the Board, in the case of the Haryana Agricultural University, and five members of the Board, in the case of the Punjab Agricultural University, shall be a quorum for a meeting of the Board:Provided that if a meeting of the Board is adjourned for want of a quorum, no quorum shall be necessary at the next meeting for the transaction of the same business.
