27. Functions of the Central Water Laboratory .-The Central Water Laboratory shall cause to be analysed any samples of water, sewage or trade effluent received by it from any officer authorised by the Central Board for the purpose, and findings [shall be recorded in a report in triplicate] in Form XI.
